BY: Stephen and Karen Baldwin
We live in a community where fast food is abundant. I wonder what children are growing up thinking as they fuel up with paper wrapped food often eaten in the car on the way somewhere.

The Journey Homeward spacer The Journey Homeward
BY: Christy Sawyer
My journey from being a hard driven, work obsessed “vidi-it” to being, as imperfectly as I can understand it, where God wants me to be began about four years ago.

The Joy of Bees spacer The Joy of Bees
BY: Margie Haack
No one knows what’s caused this bee pandemic. It could be stress, an unknown virus, pesticides, or a combination of many things. The bees they do find and dissect from infected hives are full of mites and sick with every infection known to bee-dom. It’s as if their immune system is utterly collapsed and they have a kind of bee AIDS.

spacer On my desk is a little vase of flowers cut from our yard, a little reminder of the beauty that is all around if we only have eyes to see. I've needed that reminder after reading the latest news of the horrific oil spill in the Gulf. Such glory in this world, such brokenness. Such hope, such deep need for redemption. These are the realities of life and death we seek to explore on this web site. Thank you for visiting.
